My box truck broke down over dpf issue and after two mechanic couldn't fixed it, I brought it to Mike's and he was able to get the job done there. And the best part he Prioritized fixing my truck and getting me back rolling.

If you want to waste your time and throw away your money, go to this place. If you want to be disrespected and yelled at by the owner this is the right spot. I dropped off my truck on 3 days for a check engine light (DEF sensor) and an ABS light. They told me to leave it and promised they would check it and call me back. Every single day I called, I was told, “I’ll call you back in five minutes.” That call never came — not after five minutes, not after five hours, not ever. After days of being ignored, I decided to take my truck somewhere else. That’s when they had the nerve to charge me $300 for absolutely nothing. They didn’t fix anything. They didn’t even properly inspect it. All they did was plug it into a computer and hand me a bill. Unprofessional, disrespectful, and a complete waste of time and money. I strongly recommend taking your business somewhere else.

Mike is a great mechanic, who is fair and honest. Also, he always answers the phone! Anyone in Rhode Island or Massachusetts who needs commercial trucks worked on should consider coming here.
